Information on the processing of personal data

Protection of personal data

The company REMY GASTRO sro, IČ: 28381254, Vršovická 9/416, Praha 10, 101 00 (“Administrator”) processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, General Regulation on Personal Data Protection (“GDPR”) and other legislation.

The company REMY GASTRO s.r.o. processes data obtained primarily from the data subject and also data obtained from third parties (eg travel agencies, online portals, etc.)

Personal data in the scope of data name, surname, date of arrival, date of departure, telephone number, email address, address of permanent residence and date of birth are processed for the purpose of concluding and fulfilling an accommodation contract or similar contract (hereinafter “contract”) and for exercising the administrator’s rights under the contract.

Personal data in the range of data name, surname, date of arrival, date of departure, address of permanent residence, purpose of stay, number of occasional card or travel document (passport) are processed for the purpose of fulfilling the duties of the administrator imposed on him by Act No. 565/1990 Coll., on local fees, as amended.

Personal data in the range of data name, surname, date of arrival, date of departure, address of permanent residence, date of birth, number of travel document (passport), citizenship, visa number and purpose of stay are processed for the purpose of fulfilling the administrator’s duties under Act No. 32. / 1999 Coll., On the stay of foreigners in the territory of the Czech Republic and on the amendment of certain acts, as amended.

The Administrator will process personal data manually and automatically directly through its authorized employees and also through processors authorized by the Administrator on the basis of personal data processing agreements.

Personal data in the range of data name, surname, date of arrival, date of departure, address of permanent residence, date of birth, identity card number, travel document number, citizenship, visa number and purpose of stay may be made available to state or local authorities in accordance with the above cited laws.

Personal data in the range of data name, surname, date of arrival, date of departure, address of permanent residence, room number and date of birth may be made available to entities to which the administrator will exercise his rights under the contract (especially courts, notaries, executors).

Personal data within the scope of data name, surname, address of permanent residence, date of arrival, date of departure, date of birth, identity card number, travel document number, visa number, citizenship, company name, registered office and purpose of stay must be provided to the administrator, otherwise the administrator cannot enter into a contract with the accommodated person.

By providing an email address, the accommodated person voluntarily gives the administrator consent to the processing of this personal data for the purpose of sending business and marketing offers and communications. This consent is granted for a period of 10 years from the conclusion of the contract and can be revoked at any time. The email address will be automatically processed by the administrator’s employees and will not be made available to third parties.

The data subject has the right to access, correct or delete their personal data processed by the Administrator, or to limit the processing, and the right to object to the processing.

The data subject also has the right to obtain from the Administrator personal data which relate to the data subject and which the data subject has provided to the Administrator. Upon request by the data subject, the controller shall provide the data subject without undue delay in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format or, at the request of the data subject, to another clearly identified controller. This right does not apply to personal data that is not processed automatically.

The controller does not intend to provide personal data to third countries.

If the data subject considers that his / her personal data has been processed unauthorisedly, he / she may file a complaint with the supervisory body, which is the Office for Personal Data Protection for the territory of the Czech Republic (www.uoou.cz).
